Alexis uses the horseâs natural gait and rhythmic movement to impact core stability, coordination, and muscle tone. In just 30 minutes of riding, Alexis can facilitate 2,500-3,000 steps to improve balance, strength, flexibility, reactions, and just about everything needed for gross motor development. đ˛
